- Radon test result in pCi/L (optional)
- Test type (short-term, long-term, or not tested yet)
- Whether you are selling or buying the home soon (Y/N)
- Your consent checkbox, the consent text version, the page URL you submitted from, and the submission timestamp
Our form provider may log your IP address for security.
How we use it
To respond to your request and connect you with a local radon professional.
Fonts
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
Sharing and sale
Utah Radon Quotes is a free referral service, not a contractor. We connect Utah County homeowners with independent radon contractors; we do not perform testing or mitigation work ourselves. With your consent, we share and sell the details of each request to one independent radon contractor serving Utah County, who may contact you by phone, text, or email. We do not share your information with anyone else, except service providers that run our website and form, or when required by law.
